We are looking forward to a huge attendance and a day of fun.

Schedule

This is what you need to know.

  • No Entry Fee: There is no charge to compete.

  • Eligibility: Competitors may be individuals, organizations, solo participants, or teams.

  • Age Requirement: All individuals working in a booth must be 21 years of age or older. Attendees will be carded at the door and under age attendees will not be permitted.

  • Ingredients: Vodka and ice will be provided. Competitors are responsible for all other ingredients and garnishes. Only the vodka provided may be used.

  • Service Details:

    • You will serve two groups: the judges (five servings) and the event attendees.

    • Cups for attendee servings will be provided.

    • Competitors must supply their own presentation containers for the judges—this is your chance to show off your creativity and flair!

    • Virgin version of your creation is encouraged but not required

  • Attendee Count: Final attendee numbers will be shared with all competitors prior to the event.

  • Agreement: All competitors must agree to the official terms and conditions.

  • Booth Setup: Each competitor will have their own booth space. Please bring your own easy-up canopy. Service table will be provided.

  • Power Access: General power will be available at the event grounds, but not at individual booths—plan accordingly.

  • Promotion: By participating, you agree to allow your name, team name, or organization to be used in public event promotion.

Event Schedule

  • No setup prior to the day of the event

  • August 23rd (day of event)

    • Competitors booths are open at 8am

    • Doors open for attendees at 10am

    • Door close for attendees at 2pm

    • Clean out must be complete by 6pm
